Welcome, Parents!
Thank you for your continued support of our basketball program. Your involvement is vital to the success of our scholar-athletes both on and off the court. Please take note of the following important information:
- Water Bottles
To ensure our athletes stay hydrated and perform their best, please make sure your scholar-athlete brings a water bottle to every practice and game. - Practice Attendance
Consistent, quality practice time is essential for building a strong and proficient team. Please ensure your athlete attends all practices. If they are unable to attend, kindly inform one of the coaches in advance. - Game Uniform Policy
Players must bring their uniforms to every game. If a uniform is forgotten, the player will not be able to participate, as we do not bring extra uniforms. This policy helps instill a sense of responsibility in our athletes.
Together, we can help our athletes grow in discipline, teamwork, and excellence. Thank you for being a part of their journey and supporting our basketball family!

Parent Concerns Addressed:
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope this letter finds you well and that your child’s participation in our sports program has been a rewarding experience. We are incredibly proud of the dedication and effort shown by our young athletes and are grateful for your ongoing support.
1. Timeliness for Practices and Games
Our coaches, Coach Smith and Coach Williams, are deeply committed to the success and development of our athletes. Both coaches balance responsibilities at other schools, which occasionally affects their ability to arrive early for practices and games. We appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile, with Coach Smith often helping transport players when needed. While this highlights their dedication, it also presents some logistical challenges, especially since transportation services are not provided for elementary sports programs.
2. Transportation Challenges
As you may know, our school does not currently offer an after-school program or organized transportation for athletes. This can make it difficult to ensure that all players can consistently attend practices and games. Regular attendance is essential for building skills, confidence, and teamwork, and we recognize the impact these challenges can have on our athletes’ experience.
3. Commitment to Improvement
Our coaches genuinely enjoy working with your children and are committed to providing a positive and supportive environment. We are actively exploring ways to address these transportation and participation challenges to better support our athletes.
4. Your Feedback and Suggestions
We truly value your insights and would love to hear your thoughts on how we can overcome these challenges together. Whether it’s suggestions for carpooling, potential community partnerships, or other creative ideas, your input is key to strengthening our program.
Please don’t hesitate to share your suggestions via email or by speaking directly with the coaches. Together, we can continue creating an enjoyable and enriching experience for all our athletes.
